We are looking forward to see you during our pitch workshop, November 5th between 15:30 and 17:30 in the University Library (City Center). You will have the opportunity to write and record your pitch with help of our communication experts. Afterwards there are drinks and you can talk about your research and experiences during the workshop with fellow DoY researchers.

The Early Childhood community has had a busy year. We focused on increasing our visibility and reaching everyone who might feel affiliated with ‘early childhood’. We want to take you on a short journey to celebrate our milestones together.

On June 6th, 2024, the third DoY Meet-UP took place, hosted by the Early Childhood community and the UMC Utrecht strategic themes Child Health and the Brain Center. We decided to give the meet-up a playful angle and organized an escape room.

We are looking forward to see you during our network lunch, December 15th between 13:00 and 14:00 in the Faculty Club. You will have the opportunity to connect with fellow researchers while enjoying some great sandwiches. Furthermore, we will invite a communications officer to further talk about writing interdisciplinary grant proposals.

On November 28th from 15:00 to 17:00, we’re hosting a FAIR data science café at the Langeveld building (E1.20). 

During the café, you can follow a hands-on workshop about crafting or refining your data management plan (DMP). Feel free to bring your own DMP and ask all your burning questions. If you don’t have one yet, you can make a start during the workshop. Following the workshop, we’ll kick back with some exciting FAIR data related games (with prizes!).
