First Coffee Date

We want to support and facilitate new and emerging collaborations around the themes of the Becoming Adults community. We have just piloted a no-stakes coffee date, in which we invite two researchers with aligned interests to meet and explore areas of mutual interest, with the potential for future collaboration.

The first coffee was had by Marie and Margreet, and this is what they had to say about it:

“After taking a while to find a date that suited us both, we had coffee at Gutenberg thanks to the vouchers we’d been given. We soon realized, against all odds, that our research did in fact have a lot in common, and could easily feed off each other. This pleasant first hour of informal discussion opened the door to possible closer collaborations in the future.”

We look forward to matching more people soon, and following whatever comes next!
